Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For custom printed packaging (logo printing), MOQs apply and vary by product — typically starting from 500 to 1,000 units. Contact us for specific custom print MOQ details.

Can I track my order after it’s dispatched?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your parcel on the courier’s website. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us on WhatsApp.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll Fix It
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos/video of the damaged packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp at +92 309 369 3333. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. We take full responsibility for damage caused during transit.

Can I see a proof before my custom order goes to print?

Hot & Cold Safe

Are custom printed orders refundable?
Case by Case
Custom printed orders are generally non-refundable once production has started, as they are made specifically for your brand. However, if there is a printing error on our part (wrong design, wrong color, defective print), we will reprint or refund at no cost to you. This is why we always send a proof for approval before printing — to avoid any issues.
