2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ecopackaging.pk, browsing our products, or placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products & Ordering

All products listed on ecopackaging.pk are subject to the following terms:

• Product Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel or partially fulfil an order if a product is out of stock, with a full refund for unavailable items.
• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or screen display differences.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Some products have a minimum order quantity as stated on the product page. Orders below the MOQ may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.
• Wholesale & Bulk Orders: Bulk pricing is available for large orders. Contact us via WhatsApp for a custom quote.
• Custom Printed Orders: Custom printed packaging requires a digital proof approval before production. Once approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for full custom order terms.
• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on ecopackaging.pk are subject to the following conditions:

• Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured.
• Taxes: Prices may or may not include applicable taxes. Any applicable sales tax or GST will be clearly stated at checkout where applicable.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated separately based on your location and order weight. These are displayed at checkout before payment.
• Promotional Prices: Discounts, promotional prices, and coupon codes are valid only for the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
• Price Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm the correct price before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods for orders placed on ecopackaging.pk:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible orders and locations. COD orders must be paid in full to the courier upon delivery.
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfer to our business account. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• EasyPaisa: Mobile wallet payment. Order processing begins after payment is confirmed.
• JazzCash: Mobile wallet payment. Order processing begins after payment is confirmed.
• Online Payment Gateway: Where available, secure card payments via our integrated payment gateway.

Additional payment conditions:

• Advance Payment: Custom printed orders and large bulk orders may require partial or full advance payment before production or dispatch.
• Payment Confirmation: For bank transfers and mobile wallet payments, please send us your payment screenshot via WhatsApp to expedite order processing.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is reversed, your order will be placed on hold until payment is received. We are not liable for delays caused by payment failures.
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect involves fraudulent payment activity.

6. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. The following terms apply to all deliveries:

• Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities.
• Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free delivery thresholds may apply for qualifying orders.
• Courier Partners: We use reputable courier services including TCS, Leopards, Trax, and others. We reserve the right to choose the courier for your order.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the order to the courier. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by the courier after dispatch.
• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply.
• Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Return Window: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
• Eligible Returns: Wrong item, damaged in transit, or manufacturing defect.
• Non-Eligible Returns: Change of mind, used products, items reported after 48 hours, or custom printed orders (unless defective).
• Order Cancellations: Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

8. User Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account on ecopackaging.pk, you agree to the following:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify Us of Breaches: You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
